The firm was founded in 1997 by Peter Morse and Greg Bolduc in response to an increasing demand for responsive, aggressive, cost effective representation of insurers and their policyholders.

We represent a broad spectrum of insurers with a diverse base of insurance law experience. In addition to the traditional areas of auto negligence defense, insurance coverage, commercial liability coverage and premises liability, we are extensively involved in such areas as construction accidents and defects, EPLI, car dealer rental coverage liability, TCPA, FACTA and junk-fax suits,

subrogation/cost recovery and defense of employment related claims.

The firm's representative clients include Affirmative, Allstate, Badger Mutual, Country Companies, FairBoss Underwriters, First Acceptance, State Farm, T.H.E. Ins. Co., and Zurich.

The firm has grown in size commensurately with the increased demand for effective representation, but in a deliberate and stable manner. Our main office is in the Chicago Loop in the shadow of the

Cook County courts located in the Richard J. Daley Center. We also have an office in northwest Indiana for service within the northern Indiana state and federal courts.

Presently, the firm's professional staff is comprised of thirteen attorneys and six legal assistants. The firm is dedicated to the handling of insurance defense, insurance coverage and subrogation litigation in a responsive, aggressive and cost-effective manner.
